Where We Ship
We currently ship across the UK, to Europe, and most international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched once per week. We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small team working with intention and care.
Estimated Delivery Times
• UK: 2–5 business days from dispatch
• Europe: 5–10 business days from dispatch
• International: 7–21 business days from dispatch (depending on location)
Please note these are estimated timeframes and can be affected by postal delays or customs processing beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions – sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on your country’s regulations.
It is important that customers respond promptly to any requests from couriers regarding duties or customs clearance. In most cases, there is only a short window of time to do this before the parcel is returned to us. If this happens, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
