The Ecstatic Mother: Portrait of Maxine Sanders, Witch Queen
Authored by American born and educated Richard Deutch and published by Bachman & Turner, London in 1977, this work is a biographical portrait of Maxine Sanders, who at the time was widely portrayed as ‘Witch Queen’ during the mid-late 60s and 70s. Richard purported to have been initiated into a Celtic tradition of witchcraft prior to meeting Maxine in the mid-70s at her Temple of the Mother in London.
This release contains the original text in its entirety and includes commentary by Maxine Sanders, who was assigned the copyright in 2019.
